In January 2026, Starfield Primary Care launched Mobile Medical Services to support high-risk patients throughout the San Mateo community.
We partner with supportive housing sites and other facilities where vulnerable residents live, delivering high-quality medical care directly to patients in their homes and residences.

Meet the San Mateo Team
Dianne Georgetti, NP
Diane Georgetti, NP, is the founder of Starfield Primary Care’s San Mateo team. She has spent two decades serving underserved communities in the Bay Area, first as a nurse and later as a nurse practitioner. Diane has a deep passion for caring for vulnerable populations and is excited to bring mobile, patient-centered care directly to residents throughout San Mateo County.
Dennys Balestra, AGPCNP
Dennys Balestra, AGPCNP (she/her), is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing field-based, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability in San Francisco and San Mateo County. She completed her graduate training at the University of California, San Francisco, with a specialization in Occupational and Environmental Health.
At Starfield Primary Care, Dennys delivers comprehensive primary care in mobile and community settings, including supportive housing, shelters, and street-based environments. Her clinical focus includes acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, medication management, and care coordination for patients with complex medical and social needs. She practices with a strong commitment to harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and health equity, working collaboratively to improve access, continuity, and outcomes for underserved populations.
Eric Sutter, Lead Care Manager
Eric Sutter is a native of San Mateo County with a deep connection to the community. He has extensive experience supporting high-risk and vulnerable populations and serves as the operational “quarterback” of Starfield’s San Mateo team. In addition to leading the San Mateo team from an operational perspective, Eric provides direct case management services to client.
